Founder and owner Aaron Taylor started the One-to-One Career Consulting in 2020 due to the high unemployment rate for the BIPOC community. Located in Minneapolis, MN Aaron is proud to be an inclusive and equitable consultant for the metro area.
After years of beating up the corporate recruiting trail with countless recruiting events and speaking with thousands of job seekers, a trend started to form. Career seekers were missing a critical job search component, a strong first impressionable resume. Navigating through a job search can be overwhelming and stressful. Having a partner who is skilled in the field is beneficial.
One-to-One Career Consulting was established to help emerging and established professionals’ job up. With over 10 years of Talent Acquisition recruiting experience and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in St. Paul, Aaron brings a wealth of hiring knowledge of navigating through the employment landscape.
